ABOUT US Chanteclair Collectibles is a family-owned business in the practice of finding
and selling wonderful home textiles and decorator items.
We began Chanteclair Collectibles because we wanted to provide interesting, artistic, finely crafted items to people who would not be able to access such items without the internet. More so, we wanted to bring these items to other people at a prices that were reasonable. If you have a special request, please feel free to contact us. We do accept special orders and we are always pleased to assist customers track down special items. WHY WE'RE UNIQUE We genuinely belive that everyone is a good person. To that end, we strive to provide the finest quality products, at the best prices, and give excellent customer service. We want you to be delighted with every purchase you make from us and we will go the extra mile to make sure you are thrilled with your transactions with us. OUR POLICIES On each of our products, we offer a no-questions-asked return policy: you may return your product for a full refund of the the purchase price WITHIN 10 BUSINESS DAYS OF RECEIPT OF MERCHANDISE. Items must be returned in saleable condition. If you should like to make a return, please contact us for further instructions. We ask you to kindly respect the spirit in which this return policy was created. We want you to feel comfortable and safe throughout all of your transactions with us, however, please do not abuse this policy.
